You''ll have responsibility for your own production line, managing everything from planning and preparation through to processing, packing and getting the finished product out of the door.You''ll be leading the people, driving performance and making sure safety, quality, efficiency and cost are all where they need to be.So, what will you actually be doing? Taking ownership of day-to-day production performance across your line.Leading, coaching and developing your team, setting clear expectations and holding people accountable.Driving improvements around efficiency, waste, labour and overall line performance.Making sure production plans are delivered without compromising food safety or quality.Identifying problems, getting to the root cause and putting improvements in place.Working closely with the Production Manager to improve standards and develop the operation.
