Working closely with Home Managers and frontline teams, you will provide visible leadership, practical support, and robust oversight to drive performance, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional care for residents.As Head of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring our homes are well-led, resident-focused, and continuously improving. You will be confident in challenging constructively, resolving operational issues, and supporting teams to achieve excellence in care delivery.
