Pastry Chef (All Levels) 4 days a week

We are recruiting a Pastry chef for our client in London which is one the reputed and busy restaurants.You will work for 4 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and Production: Preparing a wide range of items, including cakes, cookies, pies, breads, ice creams, sorbets, chocolates, and other confectionery.Presentation and Decoration: Ensuring the aesthetic appeal of desserts and pastries through various decorating techniques and presentation styles.Inventory and Ordering: Managing ingredient levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a budget for the pastry section.Team Management: May train, supervise, and mentor junior chefs or kitchen staff within the pastry section.Hygiene and Safety: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.Collaboration: Working closely with other kitchen staff, including the head chef and sous chefs, to coordinate dessert production and menu planningBenefitsUp to £50,000 per annum4 days a week workDiscounted gym membershipSeason ticket loan30 days annual holidays
