We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our small, friendly, and highly skilled team based in Huddersfield (HD4) for our precsion engineering client.Location: HuddersfieldPosition: PermanentHours: 39 per weekShift: Monday - Thursday, 07:00 - 17:15Pay Rate: 18.00 per hour (minimum) based on experience.Main Responsibilities:Programme, set, and operate CNC turning centres using Fanuc controls (experience with other systems will also be considered).Produce high-precision one-offs and small batch components across a wide range of materials, including stainless steels and exotics.Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications.Carry out self-inspection using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, and bore gauges.Work to tight tolerances and maintain high quality standards at all times.Contribute to a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment.Key Skills and Experience:Apprentice trained or minimum 3 years'' experience in CNC turning programming, setting, and operating.Strong knowledge of Fanuc programming, including Manual Guide i.Proven ability to produce high-quality one-off and small batch precision components.Confident in quality checking own work and maintaining dimensional accuracy.Ability to work independently, manage workloads effectively, and maintain a strong attention to detail.What''s on Offer:Hourly Rate: 18.00 per hour (
