This is a highly visible, field-based role where you''ll spend the majority of your time working directly with operational teams, delivering safety clinics and ensuring compliance across a diverse estate. Key Responsibilities Provide expert Health and Safety advice and guidance across a multi-site property portfolio Deliver regular Health and Safety clinics to managers and frontline employees across multiple locations Ensure compliance with UK Health and Safety and environmental legislation Conduct property safety inspections, audits and compliance reviews Identify, escalate and support the resolution of safety-critical issues Review contractor RAMS, permits to work and competency documentation Support property maintenance, refurbishment and construction projects Provide guidance on CDM requirements and contractor management Lead and support accident and incident investigations Work closely with stakeholders to promote a positive and proactive safety culture Monitor contractor performance and compliance standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the estate About You NEBOSH General Certificate is essential NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate (or equivalent) is ..... full job details .....
