Your duties will include:Supporting the production, interpretation and dissemination of management information across finance, workforce, delivery and risk to support decisions, identify trends and drive measurable business performance. Leading annual budget planning and allocations and support robust in-year financial management, forecasting, accruals and planning across complex budgets. Providing strategic business partnering to senior leaders on financial management, resource planning, operational issue and workforce decisions. Working with Business Reporting on balanced scorecards and performance metric analysis, turning performance insight into clear actions that improve delivery.
