The successful Teaching Assistant will work within the school''s specialist Communication and Interaction Base, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of additional learning needs. The role will focus on promoting communication skills, encouraging positive social outcomes and providing targeted one-to-one support where required.The successful Teaching Assistant will have:• Experience working with children or young people with ALN, particularly Autism / ASD • Experience supporting pupils within a Communication and Interaction Base or similar setting • Previous one-to-one
