Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and educational lessons to KS1 students according to the national curriculum. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children. Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning. Monitor and assess children''s progress and prepare them for national tests. Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings. Maintain up-to-date records of students'' progress and development. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching in Key Stage 1. Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and teaching standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain discipline. SEND and Intervention experience is highly desirable.
