- Someone who can run a site without face-to-face management

- Experience running a site as the number 1

- Understand the technical and commercial aspects

- Site set up

- Get the compound running

- Manage a programme

- Understand the costings/budgets

- Comment analyse drawings

- Be approachable with the client

- A good civils-understand is essential.-
