To develop and manage a new High Voltage profit centre within an established business unit located in Manchester with the responsibility for all operational, financial, customer and employee strategy within the centre.As the High Voltage Contracts Manager, you will have the responsibility for ensuring a continuous pipeline of work for the business through the development of new and existing clients.Key Responsibilities and Accountability

Working as part of the management team to achieve the overall objectives of the profit centre and business unit by driving high standards of safety, work and continuous improvement in process and quality of operationsResponsible for the PandL, budget and commercial responsibility of the High Voltage profit centre, including cash flow, collection and ownership of orders. Developing and delivering budgets in line with forecasts and expectationsManagement of the High Voltage profit centre, processes, and procedures to achieve right first time and customer satisfactionUnderstanding contracts to read, interpret and implement appropriate controls utilising support from the management and Commercial team as requiredDefine the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders ensuring technical feasibility and resource allocationSeeking out and developing new and existing HV business opportunities, generating quotations and delivering opportunities to tenderSetting clear and measurable goals and objectives to develop culture of performance linked to the overall strategy to drive performanceProactively manage costs and improve efficiency to increase profit centre performance and profitabilityEnsure compliance with all Company Policies. Particular attention is drawn to the requirement to manage operational delivery in accordance with the Companies HV and LV Safety RulesTake lead role in all HR activities within the profit centres, coaching and developing the workforce ensuring quality, health and safety standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and relevant legislationQualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes
