Role Overview
The Internal Account Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, becoming the go-to contact for all enquiries, support and ongoing relationship development. This is a role where enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional service truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring they receive first-class service
• Acting as the main point of contact, building strong and trusted B2B relationships
• Creating accurate and compelling quotations tailored to customer needs
• Following up quotations to maximise opportunities and drive growth
• Proactively identifying ways to add value and strengthen client partnerships
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Keeping CRM records up to date and maintaining clear account visibility

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

• Previous experience in account management or B2B customer service
• A natural ability to build rapport and long-lasting client relationships
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences

This role is office based, Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm however there will be the opportunity to attend some industry networking events within the role so a Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.
