The role combines hands-on physical inspection with detailed documentation review to ensure traceability and prevent non-conforming items being accepted or shipped.Key ResponsibilitiesIncoming (Vendor) InspectionInspect supplier materials, machined components and bought-out equipment against drawings, purchase orders, inspection plans and specifications.Carry out visual and dimensional checks using calibrated measuring equipment within your training and authorisation.Verify part numbers, drawing revisions, quantities, markings and batch, heat or serial numbers.Segregate and place suspect or non-conforming items on hold in line with company procedures.Outgoing Inspection (Finished Products)Carry out final inspection of finished products and assemblies against customer orders, drawings, specifications and approved inspection and test plans.Verify that all required ..... full job details .....
