Job Summary My client seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will support the organisation s financial operations by managing accounts payable, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves the diligent accounts management of a subsidiary (approx. 40m euros sales) in the EU and involves various reconciliation and cash management. Keys tasks in this fast moving business include Invoicing, multi-currency management, shipping costs allocation and the country purchase ledger including supplier due diligence and Vat returns (Credit control is not part of the role) . Training is given where required. The ideal candidate will have had some accounts experience and have the capacity to learn and develop. A proactive, diligent and self starter attitude is required. Example of duties core Duties Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date financial records Reconcile accounts using MS Navision Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports as required Support the finance team in processing invoices and expense claims Maintain organised records of all financial documents for audit purposes Collaborate
