The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Van Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Duties Operate a van to transport goods to designated locations, ensuring timely delivery. Load and unload items, performing heavy lifting as required. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and delivery confirmations. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Assist in warehouse duties when not on the road, including inventory management and organisation. Qualifications Valid commercial driving licence is essential.
