Many pupils benefit from consistent routines, positive relationships and patient adult support to help them manage emotions, develop independence and access learning successfully.You''ll work closely with an experienced team including class teachers, the SENCO, pastoral staff and skilled support assistants, with access to excellent facilities such as intervention spaces, sensory/regulation areas and well-resourced classrooms.Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND Help pupils access learning and stay engaged throughout the school day Support emotional regulation and behaviour using calm, consistent strategies Assist with EHCP
