You will be working a rotational shift or either 7am till 3:30pm or 10:30 till 7pm, Monday to Friday. Your new role Use Concept to check for new tasks and upload all documentation where necessaryComplete all PPM within deadlinesEnsure RAMS paperwork has been provided prior to workGain quotes from contractorsSchedule works and update throughout the processObtain reports, manage on-site folders, keep paperwork updated and visible.Building walk around and cleaning checksManage health and safety and site inductionsHandle post, deliveries and the franking machinesOrder office and cleaning suppliesOrder cateringCover reception and the switchboard when neededHandle front line events such as fire alarms, emergency maintenance, power outages, first aid.
