Manual Machinist Location: Ealing Hours: Monday to Friday DAYS ONLY Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist! In this role, you will operate various manual machines, including lathes and mills, to produce and repair precision parts. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and have a passion for working with mechanical components, we''d love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Operate manual lathes and mills to produce precision parts.Perform Centre Lathe Turning.Use metrology equipment.Carry out thermal spraying and welding (training provided). Key Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent mechanical skills with great coordination.Attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on safety.Self-motivated with a proactive approach.Effective written and verbal communication.Proficiency in Maths.Basic computer literacy.Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks. Qualifications and Experience: Recognised apprenticeship or vocational training in machining or a related field.Experience with machine tools or mechanical assemblies.Familiarity with safety protocols in a workshop environment.
