Key responsibilitiesOperate and monitor batch production processes to produce materials to specificationWeigh, measure and accurately mix raw materials and formulations according to batch sheetsPrepare, load and unload ovens and curing equipment; assist with spray/powder application lines where requiredCarry out pre-treatment tasks (masking, degreasing, blasting) and basic surface preparation as neededPerform quality checks and inspections, record batch data and maintain production paperworkMaintain a clean, safe work area and follow all health and safety, COSHH and PPE proceduresReport equipment faults and assist with routine machine cleaning and basic maintenanceWork effectively as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlinesHeavy lifting of materials (25kg and above).
