This role is ideal for somebody who has some Customer Service/Sales experience that is looking to break into a career in sales. Working pattern: full time, hybrid Salary: £30,000-£36,000 Responsibilities will include Previous experience in business development, telesales, appointment setting, lead generation, or a similar customer-facing role. Confident and professional telephone manner. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport with prospective customers quickly. A proactive approach and willingness to make outbound calls. Good organisational and time-management skills. Experience using a CRM system or the ability to learn new systems quickly. Good attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. The ability to manage follow-ups and prioritise multiple opportunities. A positive, resilient, and results-focused attitude. The ability to work independently while contributing to the wider sales team. Key Performance Indicators Performance within the role may be measured against: Number of outbound calls and prospecting activities completed. Number of new leads generated.
