Role: RTA Litigation Fee Earner Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid We are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded legal services provider to recruit an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner to join its growing Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in Non-MOJ RTA claims, looking to take ownership of a varied caseload and manage matters through the litigation process from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. The role offers the opportunity to work on non-infant claimant RTA claims, with a focus on providing high-quality legal advice, progressing litigation effectively and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.The RoleAs an RTA Litigation Fee Earner, you will manage your own caseload of Non-MOJ RTA claims, taking responsibility for matters throughout the litigation lifecycle. You will assess the merits of claims, investigate liability and quantum, obtain and review relevant evidence, and develop appropriate case strategies to progress matters towards successful resolution.
