They are looking for an outgoing, ambitious and hardworking Lettings Negotiator to join their close knit and successful team. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve successful lettings of their properties across the region Manage applications from start to finish, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain clear and professional communication with landlords, tenants, and guarantors to facilitate smooth tenancy setups and build strong relationships. Ensure the property portfolio is well-managed, with a particular focus on health and safety compliance. Coordinate, organise, and oversee repairs and maintenance for managed properties in a timely and efficient manner. Arrange and process property visits, check-outs, and inventory reports, handling deposit disputes where required. Provide general administrative support and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
