This role involves team engagement, service compliance, and direct customer support to ensure safe and effective care in line with CQC standards.What you will be doing: Providing support in customer homes and support best practices in person-centered care.Service Support:Promote and implement care policies and procedures to maintain safe service delivery.Administer medication in line with national guidelines, ensuring safe administration and storage.Customer Support:Deliver person-centered care and provide direct care when required.Maintain regular contact with customers, respond to emergencies, and evaluate welfare needs.Engage customers in service design and delivery, incorporating their feedback.Additional duties may be assigned by the line manager.
