Our client based in the Fareham are is looking to recruit an experienced Machine Operator to operate a carbon filament winding machine for yacht and dinghy spars.Hours:Mon Thu 38 hours (4 day week) Start time 6.00am finish time 4.00pmKey Responsibilities: Assist with material preparation, Autoclave works and spar extractionEnsure work is to specification (BOM) and to quality / process standard (PHB)Responsible for quality of items leaving workstation, seek methods for improvementDeliver to weekly production planMaintain tidy working environment and equipmentEnsure stock accuracyEnsure paperwork is completed and signed and then return to Supervisor for processing.
