As an independent offshoot of the Fashion and Retail Academy (part of Education for Industry Group), we have educational excellence and industry responsiveness at our core. EFI Awards is a specialist End Point Assessment (EPA) organisation, that delivers independent assessment to apprentices at the end of their programme. All proceeds from our services are re-invested into the EFI Group charity, which aims at inspiring and developing the next generation of talent. About the role We are seeking Level 5-qualified coaching professionals to support the development and assessment of this apprenticeship standard at EFI Awards. Ideally, candidates will already be involved in end-point assessment for this standard with other organisations and will bring strong, relevant occupational experience. About you: Qualifications: A Level 5 or above Coaching qualification. An Assessor qualification would be ideal, although not essential.
