You ll join a well-established team that supports career development, professional chartership, and long-term progression.Key Responsibilities: Deliver full cost management duties across the project lifecyclePrepare detailed cost plans, estimates, tender documents, and contractsManage procurement processes and contractor negotiationsOversee valuations, variations, and change controlProvide commercial advice to clients across building and infrastructure projectsSupport junior staff and contribute to team development Requirements: 3 6 years'' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side environmentStrong technical understanding of both pre- and post-contract workExperience working on building and/or infrastructure schemesExcellent communication, reporting, and client engagement skillsRICS-accredited degree; MRICS or workin
