This is a client-facing role, offering the chance to deliver some of the capital’s most high-profile projects across multiple sectors.Responsibilities

Lead and manage cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projectsWork directly with clients to provide strategic commercial adviceDeliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost planning, tender management, contract administration and final accountsContribute to business development and support the growth of the London officeManage and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring high-quality outputsExperience Required

MRICS qualified is essentialProven track record in consultancy environments with strong client-facing experienceSector experience ideally spanning office, commercial fit out, PBSA, hospitality, and residential projectsAdditional experience in life sciences would be a distinct advantageStrong commercial acumen and excellent communication skillsAbility to lead projects independently while building long-term client relationshipsWhat’s on Offer
