You will be responsible for driving innovation, improving existing designs, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions aligned with customer and market requirements.Key responsibilities will include:Leading RandD activities focused on new product development and innovationDesigning and developing mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD (e.g. SolidWorks)Conducting feasibility studies, prototyping, and product testingEnhancing existing machinery designs for performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityPerforming engineering analysis and validation of designsCollaborating with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and procurementSupporting projects from concept through to production and market releaseProducing and maintaining detailed engineering documentationWhat you''ll need ..... full job details .....
