BIM Coordinator

Location: City of London
Salary: -50,000 - -60,000 (DOE)
Working Pattern: Full-time | 5 days per week in the office

A well-established main contractor based in the City of London is looking for a BIM Coordinator to join its team. Working across a range of residential and commercial projects, you will coordinate BIM processes from RIBA Stages 4-7, supporting project delivery through design coordination and digital construction.

• Coordinate BIM models across multiple projects.
• Manage federated models and carry out clash detection.
• Support project teams through RIBA Stages 4-7.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM documentation and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes.

• Experience as a BIM Coordinator, ideally with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and RIBA Stages 4-7.
• Experience on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and CDE platforms.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• -50,000 - -60,000 salary, depending on experience.
