Experienced multi trade - Dagenham

We are currently looking for an experienced multi trader to join our team on a school refurb project in Dagenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, skilled multi trade-looking for ongoing work on a commercial project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience.

• Must have a Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card.

• Own a complete set of-tools.

• Ability to work independently and to a high standard.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Duties Include:

• Complete multi-trade refurbishment works including carpentry, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, decorating, and making good.
• Install and refurbish classrooms, offices, toilets, and commercial kitchen areas to project specifications.
• Fit doors, ironmongery, kitchen units, worktops, sanitaryware, and associated fixtures and fittings.
• Carry out minor plumbing, building, and maintenance works while coordinating with M&E trades.
• Read drawings, maintain high-quality workmanship, and complete snagging to programme deadlines.
• Work safely in live school environments, following health & safety, safeguarding, and site procedures.
