The ideal candidate will already possess: A minimum of 15+ years construction industry experience. Previous experience as No.1 Project Manager. Previous success in delivering large scale residential new build projects. Main contractor or large scale developer experience. Relevant industry qualifications. In return for the above, our client will offer a salary in the range of 100k- 110k, depending on experience.
