Fast Track Fee Earner Responsibilities Responsible for a high-volume caseload of RTA MOJ Portal claims, following the MOJ process and best practise, in order to progress your claims from inception through to settlement. Manage a caseload of fast track personal injury claims from inception to conclusion, ensuring timely progression through the MOJ process. Conduct thorough assessments of claims, gathering necessary documentation and evidence to support cases. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their claims and addressing any queries or concerns. Liaise with third parties, including insurers and medical professionals, to facilitate the smooth handling of cases. Prepare and submit relevant legal documents and correspondence in accordance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and case management systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.
