The Role of the Engineering TechnicianDue to continued growth and strong demand for their products and services, they are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Engineering Technician to join their dedicated team.You''ll play a key role in providing a wide range of engineering services and support, both in-house and externally.Key Responsibilities of the Engineering Technician:Assemble and build a variety of standard and bespoke equipmentDiagnose, repair, and maintain machinery, implementing practical and lasting solutionsCalibrate weighing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with standardsDeliver technical support and guidance to customers and stakeholdersManage spare parts and tooling inventoryAssist with installation and on-site demonstrations of new equipmentKeep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and calibrations Qualifications and Experience of the Engineering Technician:Level 3 qualification or above in mechanical or electrical engineering (NVQ, City and Guilds, HND or equivalent).Hands-on experience in an industrial engineering environment.
