Job description Our Blue Chip Client is looking to hire a a Quantity Surveyor to work within their Refurb and Kitchens and Bathrooms department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience QS to play a key role in pricing and commercial support across a variety of refurbishment projects. You will work closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to: deliver accurate costing, support tendering activities and help drive growth Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing cost estimates for refurbishment works Identifying and pursuing new tender opportunities Liaising with Commercial and Operational teams to ensure accurate pricing and delivery alignment Supporting ongoing contract delivery with real-time commercial oversight Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients What you need to succeed: Degree level education Experience working with a variety of trades Track record of delivery in a similar role If you are interested please apply today!
