This vertical integration means we control the production of most aircraft components on-site, enhancing our ability to innovate and maintain high standards across all stages of development.About The Role:Manufacture, assemble and visually inspect a range of innovative carbon composite and glass fibre components for our unmanned vehicles.Utilise a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical engineering skills throughout the manufacture.Report and respond to any failures quickly and safely.Training of and assisting other staff as required.Dexterity and speed whilst building aircraft components and systems.Provide flexible support to other departments when operational demand requires it.Ability to hold Security Clearance - 5 years residence in the UKWhat you''ll being doing (but not limited too):Production of individual carbon fibre components, including elbows, skid tubes, side panels and vents, all produced through heat and pressure curing.Lay-up and press composites to produce components such as chassis bodies, utilising existing moulds and high-pressure heat.Mould tool cleaning, pre and post manufacture.Component sub as
