We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for our Client based on a project in Oxford. This is a freelance / self-employed position and is available to start ASAP.Our client is ideally looking for someone on a full time basis to be based on their site, this project should run for a minimum of 3/4 months.Some of your duties will include:-Managing accounts and making payments to sub-contractorsProcuring sub-contractor packages, pre-start and place ordersRaising client invoicesPreparation and agreement of final accountLiaise closely with CM, PM and SM to ensure cost control is undertakenUpdate procurement schedule and make sure in line with operations team For more information please contact Kris.
