The Role The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring communal areas and building services are well maintained, safe, and represent genuine value for money for leaseholders and residents. You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance by coordinating contractors and service providers, prepare and monitor service charge budgets, and conduct regular site inspections to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns. Reporting, stakeholder communication, and attendance at residents'' meetings will also form a core part of the position.
