We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help strengthen our growing Data and Analytics team. This role will play a key part in improving our data infrastructure, maintaining high data quality, and delivering fast, actionable insights across teams. They’ll also support product, business, and strategic decision-making through advanced analytics.Responsibilities

Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, or related fieldProven track record of implementing data infrastructure improvements and optimizationsPrior experience working with blockchain tools or DeFi data strongly preferredStrong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization toolsExperience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline optimizationUnderstanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying themAbility to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insightsCollaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams
