Role: Electrical Project Manager - Building ServicesLocation: Sheffield / South YorkshireSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annumCar Allowance: Minimum £5,000 per annumEmployment: Permanent, Full-Time 25 days'' annual leaveCompany pension - 4% employee contributionBupa private healthcare following successful completion of probationLife assurance The OpportunityWe are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join an established building services contractor based in Sheffield.This is an excellent opportunity for an established Project Manager with a strong electrical building services background to take responsibility for a portfolio of projects ranging in value from approximately £1.5m to £10m.Depending on project size and complexity, you will typically manage 2-4 projects simultaneously, overseeing delivery from pre-construction handover through to practical completion and final account.Projects are varied and include building services installations across education, commercial, retail and secure/public-sector environments, including schools, shopping centres and prisons.We are particularly interested in Project Managers who have developed their experience within a Tier 1 contractor or established MandE/building services contractor environment and are accustomed to managing projects at this level.The RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of your allocated projects, ensuring they are completed ..... full job details .....
