Upselling /cross selling and gap analysis. Build and maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external Sales Teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Transport Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer experience levels are achieved. Use active listening skills when speaking with our customers to understand their business needs and exceed expectations. Develop and maintain skills, by resolving customer queries and requests for product information efficiently. Ensure appropriate follow-up is completed via the telephone, SLA Tracker and Shared inbox. Take responsibility for self-development and always ensure that our SHINE values are at the core of all you do. Receive inbound sales orders and enquires from our customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service to the customer.
