This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to secure stable, ongoing work with the potential to progress into a permanent position. You will be part of a busy team responsible for keeping the site running smoothly, ensuring recycling processes are carried out safely and efficiently. Alongside wheeled 360 grab work, you will also operate a Counterbalance Forklift and run the baler machine, giving you a varied and engaging role. Key Responsibilities: Wheeled 360 Grab Operation: Load, move, and process a range of recyclable materials. Counterbalance Forklift Driving: Transport pallets, bales, and materials across the site. Baler Operation: Run and monitor the baler machine, ensuring materials are compacted to company standards. Carry out daily equipment checks, reporting any faults or maintenance needs.
