We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting January 2026.DescriptionDeliver a high-quality HR service, supporting both BAU and project activities.Manage HR administration and maintain accurate system input.Support recruitment processes, including offers, contracts, and terms and conditions.Provide strong Employee Relations (ER) support, including restructures and redundancies.Ensure compliance and accuracy across HR systems and processes.Profile Experience with iTrent or a strong HR systems background.Solid ER experience, including handling complex cases.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships. Job Offer4 days on site in Malvern.Time will be split between 2 locations. Flexible on start and end time 37.5 hour working weekFree parking
