Are you looking for a strategic and hands on communications role where you can implement new processes?Reed Marketing and Creative are partnered with a successfully growing B2B business, who are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative and impactful communication strategies that make complex business priorities clear, engaging, and relevant for all colleagues.Collaborate closely with HR and Marketing to ensure alignment of cultural, people, and brand narratives across internal channels.Translate executive priorities and business performance into accessible, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.Act as lead writer, editor, and curator for internal communications, including CEO and Executive updates, company announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.Partner with the Chief of Staff to plan and execute communications for key leadership and governance milestones (e.g., quarterly webinars, leadership events, partner forums).Champion the culture by creating communications that celebrate values, achievements, and foster inclusion and belonging.Support the CEO Office and HR in embedding tone of voice and cultural alignment throughout all people and transformation communications.Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief of Staff and Executive Team, ensuring all operational and strategic decisions
