Service Coordinator / Administrator Our client is an established property services company based in North West London and is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator / Administrator to join their team. This is a busy and varied administrative role, coordinating a team of engineers and making sure jobs are booked in, followed up and completed efficiently. The role would suit someone with previous experience in a service coordination, scheduling or administrative position, ideally within property services, facilities management, maintenance or a similar industry. Responsibilities About You Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Location: North West London Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries Booking and scheduling engineers for maintenance and service visits Coordinating engineers'' diaries and managing appointments Liaising with customers to arrange and confirm appointments Following up on outstanding jobs and making sure they are progressed Receiving and checking engineers'' reports Preparing and sending reports to clients where required Keeping customers updated on the progress of jobs Maintaining accurate records of jobs, appointments and engineer visits Dealing with general administration and paperwork Liaising between engineers, customers and the office team Managing a busy workload and prioritising urgent jobs where necessary Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or scheduling role Experience arranging ..... full job details .....
