MAJOR LANDSCAPE PROJECT - ASSET MANAGER - LONDON or BIRMINGHAM - PERMANENT - 40,750 - 65,580ARM are working with a leading infrastructure client and we are recruiting for an Asset Manager to help them maintain extensive areas of newly created natural habitat in the form of woodland, lakes and other areas of nature that will mature into a mixed variety of natural areas that hold a number of protected species. This position can be based from Birmingham or London (whichever is your preferred location) and is offered as a permanent position.About You: You will have experience of working with habitat maintenance on a large scale. We are open to consider applications from those within arboriculture, landscape design (with an interest in maintenance side of things), rural surveying, clerk of works (within this field), woodland management or those from parks or similar (National Parks, National Trust or Royal Parks). You will have an understanding of how to maintain newly developed planting and helping it mature, but also working with contractors to do this, as this is an expansive area to manage. As an Asset Manager, you will hold responsibility to document and maintain records of assets.
