Working on combi ovens, grills, burners, fryers, dishwashers and other gas or electrical catering equipment Working with a wide range of leading UK and leisure sector clients in their hotels and restaurants. Covering Central London, East London and the Home Counties. Skills Needed to be a COMCAT engineer: Commercial Catering (COMCAT) Gas Safe qualifications are essential 5+ years experience with servicing, gas inspections, breakdowns and repairs is essential Having good electrical experience needed Living anywhere in central/east London or home counties. Anyone living within travelling distance to London and Essex Good computer and paperwork skills. Use of the clients Ostara app and our in house CAFM job management software. 5G tablet provided.
