Oracle HCM Functional Consultant 6 months Remote within UK - potential travel to Birmingham/London - Expenses would be paid for travel to offices other than baseInside IR35 - Umbrella only Role Description The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of the HCM modules within Oracle HCM Cloud. This role involves collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to configure HR, salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs, and incentive compensation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
