This role is ideal for a skilled Setter with strong technical knowledge who takes pride in producing high-quality mouldings in regulated and high-volume environments.Key Responsibilities:Set, run, and optimise injection moulding tools to meet production and quality requirements.Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups, and process optimisation.Ensure machines are running efficiently, safely, and to required standards.Monitor product quality and adjust machine parameters as needed.Assist with fault finding and troubleshooting of tooling and moulding issues.Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain consistent output.Carry out routine tool and machine checks and basic maintenance.Maintain accurate process documentation and records.Ensure housekeeping and HandS standards are maintained at all times.Essential Skills and Experience:Proven experience as an Injection Mould Tool Setter within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, tooling, and plastics materialsExperience setting tools from start-up through to stable producti
