Head of Client Operations – Corporate Coaching/Training – London - £60,000 - £70,000 - HYBRID

Award winning coaching/training firm based in the heart of central London are currently recruiting a confident, dynamic Head of Client Operations to lead and motivate a team of 12 within their Client Services function. A critical role within the business focussing on people management, developing the team by enhancing their strengths, encourage collaboration with the business development, operations and marketing teams and providing project management support within operations to deliver a truly exemplary level of service to all corporate clients.You will join a highly reputable, established organisation with a a diverse client base, working within an energetic, motivated, proactive team. The role is hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 from home), the culture is friendly and sociable with an emphasis on staff well being, inclusion career development. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is client focussed, has a strategic mind set, excellent people skills with a background in client services, team leadership, operational and project management support along with change management who really wants to make a difference and add value.Key duties
Team leadership and people development - managing a team of 12 within Client Services who deliver bespoke coaching, training and events, review team goals/KPIs working strategically with the team to identify opportunities to add value, develop individualsIdentify growth opportunity to expand the team, encouraging and implementing ideas of best practiceEncouraging collaboration across departments including Business Development and MarketingPartner with senior leaders on client reviews, advising on client operations and strategyEnsure all client projects are delivered to the highest standard – oversee end to end delivery of UK and international training programmes, ensuring sessions and well organised and professionally runProactive in researching and implementing operational improvementsFacilities and venue strategy, planning and coordination – liaise with Estates and Technical teamsRisk management, compliance and health and safetyIdeal candidate
Strong client services skills with the ability to develop relationships to drive business forwards with a strong visionExperience of developing high performance teams with a collaborative, inclusive styleStrong people skills with the ability to run enthusiastic meetings to motivate and drive performance/growthProject/change management experience with a strategic mindsetResults driven with a focus on quality and the client experienceEducated ideally to degree level/formal administration trainingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detailANGELA MORTIMER PLC ACT AS A RECRUITMENT BUSINESS FOR THIS ROLE
