Sales Administrator / Order Processing Clerk Office based in Billericay. Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.00 (1 hour for lunch) Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year Salary: Based on experience circa 25,000 A local business are searching for a Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join their team. Within this role you will be responsible for processing customer orders over the phone or email Responsibilities: Process all orders Answer any questions or queries regarding products Send order confirmation Answer the phone and email inbox General admin duties Key Skill Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Flexible, adaptable and reliable. Able to work in a small team Organised and able to work under own initiative Proactive, able to work accurately under pressure, with a strong attention to detail Competent computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
