Keoghs is looking to recruit an Intel Analyst to join our busy, fast paced Intelligence Team. The Intel Analyst will work on a variety of claims ranging from motor fraud, credit hire, EL PL and complex injury matters (and potentially more!). The role involves identifying the appropriate and relevant intelligence evidence from a wide range of resources that ultimately assists with the decision making process required to drive our cases to a resolution.On the receipt of bespoke instructions, the Intel Analyst will undertake a variety of searches and will need to capture all intelligence evidence relevant to a claim and evidence the same whether that be in internal reports / pictorial format / formal statements. In addition, the Intel Analyst will be required to provide ad hoc intelligence for internal and external customers as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalysing claims files and provide reports and information to Clients and File Handlers as to the outcome of the analysisUsing desktop systems and analytical techniques to research and locate relevant information that will validate or rule out concerns and / or detect potentially fraudulent informationCompiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity. Preparing witness evidence (including statements) in order to adduce the results of analysis in Court proceedings (generally civil proceedings) where necessaryUtilising IT software applications at an advanced level in order to produce
